3. You earn a reward: If your friend makes a purchase, you (customer A) will get a coupon code for 14% off.
Does my friend need to make a purchase to activate the referral?
Yes, your friend needs to make a purchase for you to receive your reward. However, they don’t need to create an account or use their coupon to complete the referral—just making a purchase is enough!
What if my friend has already entered their email before?
If your friend has previously checked out as a guest or provided their email, they won’t be able to use the referral link, as their email is already associated with an account. In that case, they won’t be eligible for the referral reward.
Can my friend use their reward on their first purchase?
Yes! Once your friend receives their referral reward via email, they can apply it to their order using the coupon code provided.
