Return Policy

Our Commitment

Inspections

All goods provided hereunder shall be subject to inspection by the buyer at the point of destination, notwithstanding prior payment by the buyer, within five (5) business days of receipt. If, in the buyer's judgment, acting reasonably and in good faith, any of the Media Bros products are defective or otherwise not in conformity with the buyer's purchase order (including shipping discrepancies, shortages, and/or invoice errors), the buyer shall notify Media Bros in writing within such five (5) business day period. Failure to give timely notice, as provided above, shall be deemed irrevocable acceptance of the Media Bros products. Claims for damage occurring during shipping shall be submitted directly to the shipping carrier.

Damaged Items

Please take photos of the damage and contact us with all necessary information. Provide proof of damage. We'll assess whether the item needs to be returned or disposed of. Additionally, we recommend that you file a claim with the shipping carrier.

Eligibility for Returns

Items can generally be returned within 30 days of delivery from an online order, subject to certain exceptions. Proof of purchase is required for all returns. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Certain items, such as custom or special orders, are non-returnable.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer support at purchasing@mediabros.store to initiate a return and obtain prior written consent. Returns without Media Bros' prior written consent are not permitted and may be refused at Media Bros' sole discretion.
  2. Prepare the Package: Pack the items securely in the original packaging.
  3. Return Shipping: Use the prepaid return label provided by our customer support. Drop off the package at the nearest shipping carrier location.
  4. Inspection: Once we receive the returned items, we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return eligibility criteria.


Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • Exchanges: To request an exchange, follow the same steps as a return and specify the new item you would like.


Shipping Damage Claims

Submit claims for damage occurring during shipping directly to the shipping carrier with the necessary documentation. Additionally, please inform us of the situation so we can assist you as needed.
