Subscription Policy
MINIMUM COMMITMENT REQUIREMENT
To ensure consistent supply and maintain operational efficiency, all subscription plans require a minimum commitment of three (3) consecutive deliveries before cancellation is permitted.
HOW IT WORKS
- By subscribing, you agree to receive and pay for at least three (3) consecutive deliveries.
- Subscription cancellations can only be processed after the third (3) delivery has been completed.
- If you request to cancel before the minimum term is met, your cancellation will be scheduled to take effect after your third delivery.
- Monthly Subscribers: Eligible to cancel after 3 monthly deliveries
- Bi-Monthly Subscribers: Eligible to cancel after 3 bi-monthly deliveries
- Quarterly Subscribers: Eligible to cancel after 3 quarterly deliveries
DISCOUNT ELIGIBILITY
- Any subscription discount offered is applied in good faith with the expectation of fulfilling the minimum term.
- If a subscription is cancelled before the required deliveries are completed, we reserve the right to charge the difference between the discounted price and the standard one-time purchase price for any items already shipped.
POLICY ENFORCEMENT
- This policy is strictly enforced to ensure fairness to all customers.
- By starting a subscription, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
CANCELLATION PROCESS
Once the minimum delivery commitment has been met, you may cancel your subscription using one of the following methods:
- Online: Log into your account and navigate to the Subscription Management section
- Email: Send a cancellation request to purchasing@mediabros.store
Please submit cancellations at least 7 days before your next scheduled shipment to avoid being charged for that order
